As someone who was referred here for severe anxiety I had a great experience with both the Therapists and the other staff. Everyone has been more than friendly and very open to your opinions when it comes to solutions avoiding that feeling of a doctor simply telling you what you need to do. I did not read the negative reviews on this place before coming here and I am glad I didn't because they are not consistent at all with my experience.
The therapist had poor communication with other providers on my daughter's team. There seemed to also be a disconnect between the therapist and the schedulers. We were told by the scheduler, that our daughter did not need to attend the first session. But when we got there, the therapist wanted to know why we went there without our daughter.

Agree with other reviews. They make you as test subject and use you for the training therapists. They listen to your concerns, but will not try to understand or remember those concerns or issues that you have. When it comes to Billing. They will keep calling you even when inform about your financial situation. They absolutely don't care about you . They only care about money.
