If I could give a lower score I would. I have a home warranty. My warranty company hired Lorenz to fix my dishwasher and washing machine. They did repair both very quickly and I'm happy about that. The problem is that when they left my house my daughter heard water running. They caused a leak under my cabinet and did not tell anyone. Thank goodness she heard it and put a pan under it to catch the water. When I called I was told it was already leaking by a very rude person with another rude person yelling in the background.
