She helped me out of a sticky situation. I had hand surgery beginning of July. A few weeks later I developed an infection. Went to hospital to treat it. My surgeon was out of town for a week and Dr Lorentzen stepped up and cut open my hand again to clean out infection and install a wound drain. Thank you so much for all the hard work. Let me add, this happened Saturday evening around 8pm. I was greeted with a smile . And I instantly saw her name and remarked that I had a daughter named the same first name as her ‘s. I was asked about my trigger fingers etc. we talked briefly and decided on the shots. It went really well and my fingers are back to normal feeling now after the shot wore off. It was a pleasant experience.

I am giving Dr Lorentzen 5 stars because she is a loving, caring doctor who is not afraid to touch her patients by shaking hands with them. So impressed with her. She performed a trigger release on my little finger and my operation and recovery have been great. To her front desk staff a smile would go a long way in making new patients feel welcome instead of an inconvenience.
