this orthodontist is the most amazing orthodontist i have ever been to he is old but he is still going and is doing fine he took so much care with my children and is amazing highly suggest checking him out. great experience.
This Dentist is crazy!! He will snap off on you when he is in the wrong! His assistant will come right behind him being angry after the dentist has pissed her off! He also will use extra pressure on your child if he's Angry! He need to retire and get some rest. He's an Angry old man. The staff is normally nice however today they were extremely angry with me and my child.
Beware of Dr. Lorentz!!!! He says one thing and then does something else. If your child has any issue with anything and you as a parent start to question his treatment, he will drop you as a patient. Very disappointed in how unprofessional this man is. He comes highly recommended and is suppose to be one of the best Orthodontist in the Memphis area. Think carefully before choosing him, unless you are willing to surrender your child's care over to him with no say at all.
