Lorentz did an incredible job on our van. They arranged for it to be towed to their shop. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the repair completed that afternoon. They provided me transportation to their shop to pick up my vehicle. It was very impressive service.
Winston my sales rep and Chris the mechanic did a great job showing me what the problems were with my truck, the troubleshooting technique and the recommended repair. The repair turn around time was about one day as parts had to be delivered. The cost was fair and I trust the workmanship.
I went to Lorentz yesterday for an oil change and inspection, and was very pleased at the professionalism and the friendliness of everybody there. Everything was done quickly at a fair price and I think I found my new home for auto maintenance! I went here after two friends recommended them to me and I’m sure glad they did.
The fellas at Lorentz are great! Service is great!
