Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I have never had this happen before, but each time I needed to have a medication authorized through Dr. Lorente, they charged me $10.00 to do that. Isn't that their job? That made me so mad! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
After suffering for years from chronic dizziness and having a seizure I was refered to Dr. Lorente hoping, now that I can afford to fix my issues, to get answers. After I explained my problems the doctor simply told me that these symptoms weren't related to each other and that I should just learn to work through them. He reluctantly ordered an EEG for me and of course it came back abnormal.
