I wish I could give negative stars.... we signed our pool contract with Loren’s Pools at the end of May 2018.... our pool is STILL incomplete! Our backyard is an absolute mess and embarrassment. We have gotten false promises over and over again. We have paid over $40,000 for an absolute mess. Lori refuses to return my calls/messages and has turned all communication over to a retired employee. Although he has been very kind, he is not able to get this job completed on his own of course. Im going to miss lorne's pool &supply..very nice family buisness..many years of being a satisfied customer.
I had my pool serviced this last summer and wow. What a disaster. I was told restructering was in order, but found out the company has taken a nosedive after Loren passed away. Management is completely disorganized and the people that work at the main store are really snobby. I have to call several times to get someone's attention. Might be time to get out of the pool business...hint hint
