RecommendedCarson came today for a maintenance check on my gas heat pack. We had a delightful chat and he went to work! Meeting him for the first time, I was impressed with his friendliness. Can’t speak to exactly all that he checked, but was confident that he knew exactly what to do. I have been a long time customer of Loren’s and give them a 10 star rating!

Since using Lorens for my new furnace all my experences have been extremly positive. Geoff just came out for the one year check up and left me with another positive experience. Very polite and curtious. I do not hesitate recommending them to anyone that I know.
Heating and Cooling Service Geoff came to our house and checked our heating and cooling system. Our dehumidifier was not working and he determined the compressor was shot and we ordered a larger replacement unit. We also discussed getting a new heater and cooler that would be cleaner and quitter than our existing system. He did a great job! We hope he comes back again.
We had AC added to our furnace heating system on April 20th 2015 and we wanted to commend the two technicians who made this installation possible. This was no easy task requiring a complete removal of the gas furnace, inspecting the furnace and installing the cooling coil configuration, then reinstalling the furnace, A new T-stat was installed per our request and a replacement return grill more suitable for appearance aspects.
