Absolute worst company on earth. No stars. Should be negative stars. Refused to take car where we stated and refused to respond. Calling my lawyer tomorrow.

Extortionist. We were charged 335 for a 175 tow. He was unreachable which resulted in added days to our lot fee. We had to call the police after he was screaming and yelling at us in his office. He refused to give us a receipt for the 1000 cash we paid him, until we phoned the police.

Took their tow truck 3 tries to get my car from the ditch. Each failed attempt resulted in the front of end of my already damaged vehicle dropping 4 feet down. The tow truck driver then proceeded to laugh as we watched another accident occur in front of us. After arriving at Loren's I was ushered into a chair and they proceeded to ignore me till I approached them asking what they needed. Loren's the CROOK Loren's charged us $185.00 for one hour (if that) for storage and after hours towing. The Winnebago county Sheriff's Department contracts with them to tow off the highway. He is quick for a buck but unwilling to move his *** when it comes to get you vehicle especially when it means that he will be able to charge you more money the next day. What a CROOK!!!

STAY AWAY! – One star is two stars too many. Loren is a crook, and this is old news to the Oshkosh Police Department. Unfortunately Loren knows how to protect himself under the law. We paid $540.75 to have our car towed. Here's the story: On a rainy Saturday afternoon, with two small children, 2 hours from home our car would not start. BEWARE – Recently we had a very negative experience with Lorens Auto Service in Oshkosh. Lorens was called through the Oskosh Police Department off of a rotating list of contracted towing companies. After towing our vehicle a reasonable fee), the owner charged us $120 for parking from 8pm Friday-8am Monday (60 hours).
