Horrible service. Do not let AHS send these people. They put the problem with my refrigerator was due to manufacturer defect due to an google search even though Frigidaire says there has never been a defect or recall on that model. They refused to fix the ticket or call the manufacturer themselves causing my coverage to be voided and AHS won’t pay for it to be fixed because the way they entered the ticked. They refused to fix the ticket. Now I have to go to The BBB for resolution. AVOID these people. Don’t let AHS send them ... read more
He was fast, came on the day he said he was going to. He knew what was wrong just by looking at it, he also had the piece he needed on hand. Then he continued to show us how to properly clean our unit.
