I called them at the very last minute and needed a move out cleaning tenant left the home in very dirty conditions. They came the same day and did an excellent job on my home with sparkling now would definitely recommend and I felt like the pricing was very fair as well. They charged by the hour and were honest about their arrival and departure time.
I needed a move-out clean done same day because someone scheduled a showing while we were in the process of moving out. Lorena got me on the schedule SAME DAY! I have used many cleaning services in Charlotte and I have to say, Lorena's has been the absolute best. They did an INCREDIBLE job, they didn't miss a single detail. I will absolutely use their services again in the future. I can't recommend them enough! Thank yall so much!

I have been a realtor for 25 years so I have used and recommended a number of home cleaning companies. I have never had anyone do such a thorough job as Lorena’s does. They are responsive, prompt, detailed, and fairly priced. I give them my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.
Very happy with Lorena and her crew. They are very efficient in what they do and were professional. They were also very responsive to our requests and price was also fair and reasonable. They went above and beyond to make sure the home was spotless and clean. Will hire them back again.
