From the moment you step in the door at Lorena Veterinary Center with your pet, you will be made to feel welcome and cared for. My puppy had her 12 week vaccines and wellness exam done here this morning and it was overall a positive experience for her, in spite of needles and fecal sample collection. I especially appreciated being put in an exam room immediately upon arrival, since she is so young, and I also had my toddler with me. We recently changed our veterinary services to Lorena Veterinary Clinic. I can’t begin to say from the first appointment with Dr. Snowden I was impressed with his ability to show that he truly cares about his patients and you. He showed compassion and takes the time to examine your pet, listen to your concerns explain the process of the treatment and answer any questions. Our dog’s issue required surgery and was urgent.
