VERY disappointing agency that takes your premiums, but does not support you when you need to make a claim. Provided misleading information and then backpedaled, saying they "made a mistake" but refused to follow through, leaving the customer holding a massive bill!
This is a horrible insurance agency with mediocre and incompetent staff. They have defrauded my mother who is a widow. I would never recommend this agency. I will be reporting this company to the appropriate policing insurance agencies.
