I have never in my 65 yrs ever been so disappointed in a Dr's office. One i have never seen said Dr. I've always was seen by her PA Gem Martin. Well my disappointment started last year when had called to make an appt and was told both the Dr and PA were gonna be out of the office 3-4 weeks. What???? Then I had a UTI and Gem had given me medicine for it and it had returned so I called the office to see if could get a refill on my prescription. NO ONE ever called me back. Everyone is very friendly and curtious. Dr. Sousa is very attentive and understanding. I never feel rushed. She listens to what you have to say. She's awesome
