I recently reached out to schedule a consultation with Dr. Rourke but my experience with the front office staff was far from helpful. When I called to inquire about setting up an appointment, I was met with a dismissive attitude and an air of superiority from the staff member on the other end of the line. Dr Rourke is an exceptional surgeon and medical professional but her empathy and kindness for her patients and their loved ones set her apart. I would highly recommend her and her PA Katheryn to anyone in need of a breast surgery specialist
So thankful I found Dr. Rourke! I did not care that I had to drive 1.5hrs for her, because she is truly the best! Not to mention she has the best PA around as well, Katie!
