Dr Jones squeezed me in for what turned out to be an infection in the ear. He was professional and thorough. Explained everything and then gave me a follow up appt in three weeks. I was expertly taken care of. He even apologized for the wait since he was running late, when he was doing ME a favor for giving me an appointment on one day's notice.
