I’ve been going to Dr. Fisher for many years and she is an outstanding Doctor who always puts her patients first. I never feel rushed through and she always takes the time to answer all questions.

Reception desk employee does not know medical system. For example, Medicare cover cost of annual blood test but asking sign for paying in case it is not paid . Also sign for unpaid fee? My wife had Medicare plus secondary supplement insurance. All she had to pay Medicare deductible with office visit. By the way, my wife’s deductible already met this year. My wife called in to this office since her insurance requires a referral from one of their “approved” doctors in order to see her normal doctor. The amount of red tape and hoops she has to jump through with the insurance company doesn’t surprise me. However, the way the nurse who answers the phones speaks to potential patient is mind blowing! Dr Fisher has been my dr for years and I love her as a person and a dr. However, my husband and I have not been able to reach her or her office since Covid. They don’t return calls, they don’t return messages we have entered online in our charts, we can’t speak to the local office anymore. BSW is the worst now and we will be going elsewhere. It’s really sad because I liked having Dr Fisher as my dr. We are also filing a complaint with the state medical board.
