Brenda Wright has always promptly helped me when I have sent a request to distributions and Salvatore Manganello sent a prompt reply to my last email.
The people at LDSCO really have no idea what they are doing. They recommended that I make a contribution to a retirement plan they manage for us, causing the plan to be grossly overfunded (resulting in a huge tax liability). And this was after I asked them several times if they were sure that I can make this contribution without overfunding the plan. They try to portray themselves as experts, but are unbelievably ignorant.
Brenda W was quick to return my call, and was extremely helpful! She answered my question and provided our SPD details for clarification.
