Nice, personable, and knowledgeable.
I’ve been looking for a new primary care physician (PCP) for years now and found Dr. Chen! Highly recommend having him as your primary care physician. He’s very compassionate, personable, knowledgeable, caring, and has great bedside manner. He was kind to answer all of my questions and was transparent about any additional costs for optional diagnostic tests I wanted to opt in on. The staff are also all very welcoming and kind! Dr Chen is fantastic- he took such good care of my Dad. He was thorough, compassionate, and he answered all of our questions in a way that was really easy to understand. Ge has a fabulous bedside manner as well which can be hard to find these days. His staff members were all warm and efficient. I can’t recommend him enough!
Dr Loren Chen is the best. He is warm and friendly. He listens and remembers what was said in previous appointments. He spends time and never seems to rush you making the visit more meaningful. He has helped me physically more than any other Doctor. He has drawn diagrams to explain problems and offers fabulous solutions. Super super glad I met this fabulous Doctor!
It was my first time to visit Dr. Chen. He's professional, kind and passionate. The visit was for my annual checkup. He went through my medical history and verified the records by asking all necessary quesitons. He made very though physical checkup on me. He spent much longer time than I would normally expect. He listened and communicated very well. I was very much impressed.
