My husband and I both had Dr. visits with Dr. Fefer, and he was everything a good Doctor should be. Kind, and caring.
Absolutely the worse bedside manner ever. Belittled my concerns. Tried to talk me out of my colonospky as I was there IV already in arm due to my age. Though I'm only 44 my mother and grandfather both died from colon cancer. In the end, I insisted on the procedure and one small polyp was found. Had I listened to his rude ovreview of "the guidelines", it wouldn't have been found for 6 years. Never again.
Would NOT recommend. He has no bedside manners. He comes across as arrogant and belittles patient comments/concerns. Does not explain procedures or diagnosis thoroughly, he assumes patients should know.
Zero bedside manner. Demonstrates uncaring attitude. Minimal answers to questions.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Fefer and his staff. Dr. Fefer took time to explain my procedure and ensure I understood what would happen. He explained the follow-up steps to the procedure and gave me detailed information. I found Dr. Fefer and his staff to be personable and professional. I recommend Dr. Fefer and plan to use him again.
