Recommended by my regular mechanic as they were unable to fit me in. Lorelli’s had a next day appointment, service was friendly, they clearly asked what I wanted inspected, called with timely updates and estimates, and answered all of my questions. Work was completed quickly and the cost was as quoted and as expected for the work they completed. Would definitely recommend!
My experience was as follows. I went in for an oil change. I first met with an older gentlemen. Very nice. When I returned to pay, there was someone else behind the desk. When they brought my bill they had included what i perceived to be extra charges including a "inspection fee" of some sort. He told me when the car was hoisted they noticed my sway bars were damaged.
