I just had one issue that was in my downstairs unit I could hear the upstairs guest and their children heavily walking and running.. but thats to be expected in apartments, and those that aren't thinking about disturbing their neighbors.

We booked here through our timeshare exchange. It exceeded our expectations! The staff, the grounds, the condo were all wonderful. The town of Helen is a treasure. We will definitely come back.

The resort is under renovation, our unit is all new everything it appears. So glad we selected the Loreley for a week.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this resort, with our family. The location was great. Made it easy to walk into town, which we did every day. The resort does offer quite a few amenities. Because of the cold weather and humidity, the pool area and spa area were fairly wet, but the pool was a great size as well as the spa. The rooms are a little dated, and I did have to do some light cleaning upon arrival, but it was cozy. The main bedroom only fit a queen bed, so a little smaller.
