The massages were incredible, they did an amazing job with pressure and relaxation. However, the massage did not last 50 minutes like we paid for, it was 10 minutes short. Additionally they charge an automatic gratuity which was not disclosed when booking. Lastly, they messed up our reservations for the wrong date.
I was a guest at the resort and my boyfriend and I decided to get a couples massage here. The staff were not very friendly and almost seemed annoyed with customers. The experience we purchased said it included time to relax and unwind in the lounge area and include champaign with our 50 minute massage. We did not get time to wind down in the lounge or was offered champaign, we had to ask about it at the end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful day at the Lorelei Spa with beautiful views and such a relaxing atmosphere. Tara gave an amazing Lorelei Facial, and Shawna’s Sugar Scrub left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. Both were fantastic—highly recommend!
Irene was a wonderful massage therapist and all the staff were warm and extremely professional.
