Highly recommend massages by Jason! I requested a 50-minute signature massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! Jason was very professional and knew exactly where I needed most relief. Thank you!!
I came in for a massage The woman who did the treatment was OK I told her I wanted it more moderate for the massage and she was more rough and fast and did not make it feel like a luxury massage I went to check out and my son had given me a E gift card and I could not pull up the E gift card but had the receipt number and they would not honor it even going to the manager so I had to pay full price and lose the generous gift my son had given me for the massage. I will never go back ! I’ve been to quite a few spas and have bee... read more
The spa is beautiful. The massages were good. I did ask to focus on a certain area which she did not and still have knots in my neck and the bad pain . It was very relaxing and staff very nice,I give a 4/5 for the massage. But i'm extremely upset about that 24% fee they charge . I had a couples massage which was $212.10 I was charged $87.12 I paid over $ 299.22 for two 50 massages. Which is so over priced I will never go there again. I have one single 50 minute massage voucher hopefully I will be able to cancel I never want t... read more
Nice experience with the massage, but when it was time to check out I discovered that it was a bait and switch business. They had an extra service charge on top of our Groupon offer that was hidden when I booked the offer, $80 extra for a couples massage. I was hoping to be a repeating customer and offer gifts to family but this unexpected extra charge honest ruined the rest of the experience.
I decided to try this place out instead of my usual spa. I booked a 50 minute massage. The masseuse did a great job even though the massage wasn't the full 50 minutes. The time needed to undress and get ready is apparently deducted from your time. The waiting area where you unwind before your service is located right next to two main bathrooms that, unfortunately, kill the relaxing vibe. At other spas, I've had access to a shower area, and at this location, they stated it was not included with my service. Upon arrival, I agr... read more
