After taking off a half day of work to go to the appointment, the person I was scheduled with refused to see me because I had a Groupon. I informed the person that I had a Groupon when I booked the appointment. What a waist of my time!
I just had a marvelous experience at this spa. Carmen and Luciana are wonderful. They addressed my concerns with kindness and professionalism. I scheduled a visit as I felt my Brody needed a lot of work. Turning 50 is not easy. But instead of giving me the treatment I had come for - they suggested a more conservative treatment to take care of me and reassured me totally on how I look.
