I must say it saddens me everyone some one states how awesome their experience was with Loreen. She definitely did not display this level of service with my husband and I while we were searching. She told us not to worry she would submit our bid on the following Monday and the house sold Saturday. It was a very upsetting situation. When we called for an explanation she dropped us as clients stated she had " covid" and never heard from her again.

Loreen Banks-Kendrick came to my property to help me understand the value of it. Not only was she detailed in her walk through but she was honest and compassionate in her break down of all the expenses necessary to bring my property up to market value. She educated me on the importance of the neighborhood and the schools in this area. I now understand it takes a lot more to owning a home than to just sign your name on the dotted line.
