A failing "organisation" with many failings. Needs... complete restructuring. 30/07/25...Shambles!
Have raised the rent for more than 3 years running without proper consultation with their tennants. Completely over staffed and wasting money on unnecessary job roles and aren't efficient at all in managing most things. Have been chasing up a phone call with a manager for a week and been told twice I'd get a call back and got nothing. They are pretty good at ignoring their tenants. They did get me to join their tenant group which involves some people that make decisions in Loreburn on a zoom call but they just ignore anythin... read more
