Better stay away of this place am sitting for 5 hours to get loaded and the shipper are not professional they're giving unprofessional excuses saying they lost one pallet lol... I had same issue some weeks ago with the same excuses Problem is this customer doesn't pay detention
Very slowly loading take 5-6 hours waiting they don’t care
Very bad experience. Slow loading. They don’t care if you have straight delivery to Amazon, even they know that Amazon is so strict about appointments. Chexked in at 5 PM and still here it’s 10PM. Still preparing pallets for loading.
The customer service was really good but wait time was awful honestly. Got there at 2pm and got on door pretty quick within 20-30 min but to get loaded awe man. I didn’t leave until 10:15pm and it was only 20pallets. A lot of space to turn around and dock also.
I arrived on 04/03/2026 at 3:10pm, the security guard and the workers were all very nice.
