⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I paid approximately $8,000 to have my boat repaired by Lordship Marine. After spending that much money, I expected the work to be completed properly and for every system to be checked before the boat was returned to me. Instead, I discovered that my speedometer doesn't work. It's incredibly frustrating to spend thousands of dollars on repairs only to find that something as basic as this was either overlooked or not tested. Great group of technicians and service staff. Management has changed over the last 20+ years, but same reliable and professional workmanship.
A job was eventually quoted at 5000.00 which included 560.00 for work not requested but not wasted. The work I knew was needed from past experience has now been completed by Galleon Marine. In addition to cleaning 4 carburetors and flushing the water cooling system on my 50hp Yamaha 4 stroke the 2 days spent cost $1090.00. A better deal than being encouraged to buy a new $11000.00 motor or pay $5k. Poor performance all around.
I have been a customer of this business since 91 when I arrived in Canada 🇨🇦. Can you imagine how many times they serviced my outboard. Not once I have i ever said well that does not seem right.
