Very disappointed with their services. Assume you come to the dealer to do some warranty repair on an almost brand new engine. And they just don't want to take it with no given reason. Did not response to me, just ignoring. Nobody will like it. I called the manufactury and they confirm that I can choose any authorized dealer for the services. Just wanted to say how pleased I was with your service and how I was treated by Hugo when I first contact your company. He gave me the part price and estimated it would take just over a week for you to receive it and then mail it over to me on the Island, and that was exactly how it happened. Quoted 4 hours to do a water pump kit and 2 spark plugs, on a 2 stroke 60, $160 in parts and +800 in labour???, minimum $900-$1100 quoted total, seriously. That’s less than an hour job, this is price gouging at its finest. Guess they think we’re all rich and stupid.
They get OEM Johnson and evinrude parts quickly. They were able to fix my 2-stroke outboard which was difficult to diagnose.
