Very disappointed with their services. Assume you come to the dealer to do some warranty repair on an almost brand new engine. And they just don't want to take it with no given reason. Did not response to me, just ignoring. Nobody will like it. I called the manufactury and they confirm that I can choose any authorized dealer for the services. As I said earlier the dealer which sold me the engine no longer has the marine department and cannot help me with it, and it located 800 km away. He gave me the part price and estimated it would take just over a week for you to receive it and then mail it over to me on the Island, and that was exactly how it happened.
