Run for the Hills!! After 20 years of dealings with this joke, I think I am qualified and entitled to finally say: This place is scary awful! It's worse than NOTHING. These creatures do HARM and don't CARE! OH you'll run into decent treatment some of the time, but just as w any Narcissistic Institution, it will be frustratingly Intermittent in delivery.
