Edit: Tammy the owner- She started harassing me calling & texting after I left this review. No apologies. No offer to fix. No refund. Just trying to ensure I still want to pay them more. Like whattt?!?! I feel even stronger now after making this review. I told them right away no razor to my hair. Even a new stylist should know hair types. I have been going to Lords and Ladies Salon for 5 years and have been highly satisfied every time. Tammy has created a relaxing environment and treats customers like friends and family. Even with complicated requests, she listens and always makes me feel satisfied and beautiful. I highly recommend this salon. Miranda is just as wonderful and a great stylist!
