Quality equipment. Wholesome atmosphere. No membership required, they only ask for donations. Well worth checking out.
Love to gym, it’s old school equipment is perfect for getting a good quality workout. Plenty of free weights if you doing powerlifting or bodybuilding. I’m also thankful to see a gym that is built around Jesus, that’s the best part
Incredible place to start working on yourself mentally and physically. Never too crowded, nice atmosphere, and nice people. Was the best decision I made to start improving myself.
