We are an outreach of The Y.R.D.C (York Regional Dream Center). We are a 5 0 13-C nonprofit organization that provides a fully functional gym to the community. We welcome everybody, and hope to build relationships so they would come to know the Love of JESUS CHRIST.

Incredible place to start working on yourself mentally and physically. Never too crowded, nice atmosphere, and nice people. Was the best decision I made to start improving myself.
Love this place! Genuinely such a friendly environment and great social location. Lots of machine or bench variety too. Dumbbells, barbells, plates, etc. Don’t forget the donation box if you can!!
