In 1983 Lords & Ladies opened its premier location at 64 King Street, Pottstown. Pioneering salon systems were carefully developed, then immediately implemented and we hit the ground running! The company thrived and ultimately needed to grow. In 1999, using our proven recipe for success, we expanded our availablity with our second location in Douglassville, and again in 2003 with our third in Gilbertsville. VERY gossipy salon. The moment you turn your back I feel like everyone talks about you. I had color all over my white shirt on my back…VERY visible and not 1 receptionist (out of 5) said a word. Always felt judged from the front staff…..very unprofessional to gossip about especially when guests can hear you. Stylists are great…..but aren’t treated like they should be. Wouldn’t recommend. (Especially bc the good ones were forced to leave!)
Heather at the Fleetwood salon did not do a good job. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she just glanced at it and my hair looks nothing like the style I was going for. She got hair dye on my face and ears and it still has not come off. Very disappointed.
Horribly disappointed! I paid $51 for a was and cut. No styling or hair products used. I don't plan on going back here! VERY UNHAPPY! Tonya
AWFUL. Messed up my hair after I paid them $120. The dye didn't adhere at all. I emailed them and VERY VERY VERY kindly asked for my money back or some sort of re-do for the dye-job and they never responded. I wouldn't recommend them.
