My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. For my first appointment, the owner arrived 40 minutes late without any communication, explanation or Apologies. My second appointment was never confirmed, leaving me to arrive and find no one available. Hoping for a better experience, I gave them another chance with a third appointment, but this time I (along with other customers) were left waiting outside on the street for 30 minutes with no one to open the door. When you walk in this beautiful salon and spa, you’re greeted with such kindness, and the staff really wants you to feel at home. You’re offered a beverage of your choice. Never have I been to a salon and spa that is so inviting where You feel at ease. The hairstylist seem so passionate about their work & helping each client feel as fabulous as can be. Aveda products are the best!!!! Also Being able to get the best massage that you feel rejuvenated and refreshed beyond any place I ever been.

This is the best salon in Charleston I have been to. Very punctual with no wait time. Very relaxing, clean, professional, beautiful, friendly and welcoming staff. Pricing is very affordable too. I highly recommend Emily. She did an excellent job washing, cutting, styling and blowdrying my long curly hair. I felt very happy after my service and will definitely be back for more services they have to offer.
