I had a great experience with their customer service team. I worked with Kristie, and she was honestly fantastic. We'd run out of oil and needed an emergency delivery, and they tried getting out that same night but we have a gravel drive that was sheer ice by that point, which was the truth and a good call on their part. The next morning, very first thing, she's on the phone with me walking through how they can get us oil asap, and keep their drivers are safe as well. Customer of 8 years canceling and would never recommend to anyone. We ran out of heat right after a snow storm and the truck refused to service us for 4 days knowing that the temperature in the house was dropping below 40 degrees. Lazy driver didn't even try and lied to us saying it was too icy. We were able to arrange a delivery from another company just 2 hours later.
