Make sure to call the store before heading out to pick up your item. I purchased an item and received an email saying it was ready for pickup. I drove 30 minutes to the store, only to be told the item wasn't actually available. They said I’d need to wait two more days and for another email—despite the one I received from Lordco clearly stating that my item was ready for pickup and that I had seven days to collect it.
