This is J.T. from Only Canyons Truck club here.There are only 6-8 competent smart individuals in the store, im tempted to discontinue my business with Lordco in Calgary entirely. For a manager to tell a customer to “come pick it up because and we’re not sending it” within Calgary is bullshit, especially mid morning. I asked for 5 litres of oil and a filter. The staff is incredible at this location!!
Came here to find some screws that were missing for my taillights. The associate who helped me was knowledgeable and went the extra mile for me. He even went as far as installing them, a task that only took a few minutes but I appreciated greatly. I will be certainly be a returning customer
Good people but they need more staff for faster service
is there lower than one star. This place is a joke. Staff is rude. sold me the wrong part and when I tried to exchange for right part (fix their mistake) they would not exchange without a receipt. In every store they scan the product , see that the product was purchased there and then conduct an exchange. I am not looking for Costco customer service , but this place is operating in the 80's. I will never be back
