bought an 02 sensor for my SUV, took a week for it to show up, bought the sensor. went to my mechanic to get it installed. turns out it was an old used and burnt 02 sensor. 200$ for a sensor that was used. they didn't tell me or say anything just sold it to me. if im going to be buying a car part from a parts dealer why the hell is it a used broken one and the staff don't say a damn thing! this is insane and a terrible business model. went to return the part and not even a were sorry we didn't know, nothing! no excuses nothi... read more
