Terry helped me get the parts I needed and was patient listening to my question. The other staff that helped me did their best as well.
I've visited this location a few times now, and the experience is always the same. The employees are miserable, condescending, or uninterested at best. Seems to be a symptom of the culture at Lordco.
This used to be a pleasant store. The last few times service is non-existent even though I am the only customer in the place. The last two times the service person was plain rude. No need to waste your time here.
