I was on hold for 7 minutes so hung up and called back and she said there is only few of us then I heard her other lines rang so she put me on hold again!! I am calling another supplier as that’s too long to hang around to see if they have a certain part or not.

Terrible experience. I came to buy an oil plug and gave them the exact model and a photo. They told me it was out of stock and then recommended a “better” one based on my car’s info. That “better” plug turned out to be completely wrong — way too long and impossible to install. When I returned to the store to explain, the staff got angry and defensive, insisting their system says the parts are the same. No one cared to look at the actual difference or take responsibility.
