The staff here are the least helpful I've ever encountered at an automotive store. And rude!
The staff has always been helpful in person or on the phone. They are knowledgeable and care to give you an option that is the right fit for your car. They have been my go to for all car parts
I don't know why the guy over the phone was so sour. It was a fairly standard and brief interaction, but with such bizarre condecension. He must have had a bad morning.

Couple weeks ago I came in to my windshield wipers changed and didn't realize my wiper blade arm was changed out from the previous owner :,) Put these poor guys through 3-4 transactions, needing different blade sizes, and also initially got the wrong wiper blade connection too :,)) thank you to the 2 friendly young men who not only ran multiple transactions and returns, but also VERY kindly offered to help me put on the wiper blades in the end !!!! They were incredibly patient and kind through my cluelessness!
