Excellent service , good prices.
Torn between 3 & 4 stars for a few reasons- First a word of warning; do NOT place orders online at Lordco- not just this location but any. There seems to be a problem with their system (as of right now) where the part numbers don’t match up. I went to 4 different locations and it took me 5 days to try and get the correct part and a return (only to not get the part). HOWEVER, this Lordco location was wonderful to me- specifically Kayla (Kaila?). I was in Lordco hell with their online system and trying to get the correct part ... read more
Dealt with Kurt, an absolute condescending individual! For all the 15 years of me going to Lordco Richmond, i have never dealt with such condescending staff member there! Absolute shock!
