Very disappointing customer service, cashier kind lady was helpful to show me where the part i was looking for would be, some older gentleman runs up to me “no bags allowed inside” it is my laptop bag with my wallet and work phone, why would i feel safe to leave it at the front, lost a customer i never heard of any Lordco locations not allowing bags specially a laptop bag.
It’s a store. I gave them money, they gave me oil. I couldn’t ask for more.
