Couldn't believe how rude the older lady behind the counter was. Isn't your job customer service ? I was starting to ask a simple question about motorcycle oil and she made an insanely rude comment. Thankfully a very nice gentleman helped me instead and he had a great attitude but I won't be giving them my money again.
The staff tries hard, but they seem overwhelmed every time I go in there
