On Aug 6, 2025 I ordered a car battery at 2555 Douglas Rd for my Audi Q7 in Burnaby and the wrong one was delivered from the Metrotown location. No apology, no excuse - just told I’d have to pick up the correct one myself. When I finally got the right battery, I paid $497.99. Later that same day, I saw the exact same battery on Lordco’s own website for $407.99. Asked specifically for a part, guy behind counter says this is it. I use it, wrong part. I call back, the same store says they don’t sell the part. Great service and knowledge guys!!
Called about a product to confirm my findings to see if I had made a mistake or not. This parts guy over the phone saids he cant help as he doesnt know. Word for word he tells me he " isnt briefed on it " He then proceeds to tell me one is better than the other. I perform a deep dive into the specs listed on your company website with him.
