Lordco used to be great with a good counter culture offering discount codes and good guy pricing that brought their ridiculous retail pricing down to a competitive level. I’m not taking about some sort of crazy discount, just the standard few percentage points offered as a “good guy price”. This is now gone and the useless counter folks just look at you with dead eyes when you ask for proper pricing and suggest opening “your own account”. An absolute last resort when you need a part quickly. Everything is overpriced even with discounts.
Needed a part for a vehicle,two people were up front,one was on his computer and the other guy just glanced and carried on with what he was doing until i asked him for a specific part..very weird and dry customer service and even got weirder when i had to return the part!! Lighten up lordco guys,you guys have a decent job that others would like to have.
Ordered ford escape wheel bearing, the part came in so I begun the work. Go to press it in and bearing didnt fit. So I whent back in to remedy the situation, Ordered second bearing, and it still didnt fit. Do not trust lordco system.
