Refused service even though there was a half hour left in closing.
Will go out of my way to go to Ladner from now on. A guy working the counter really rubbed me the wrong way with his deadpan silent stare and total lack of care. It was like he was going out of his way to NOT help me even though I knew exactly what I needed, he refused to retrieve the part because the one in his system was wrong. "it doesn't work that way" he said. WHAT? I KNOW WHAT I NEED. I don't care what your computer says. I've never left a store so bewildered.
Knowledgeable and helpful, they carry many fan belts that we need.
