I don't normally wright reviews but I came to lordco location for the first time and the service was impeccable. Its normally a pain to get the right parts but Jason helped me find everything I needed in under 10 minutes while being friendly and providing great customer service. I would highly recommend this store.

If only all my customer service experiences could be like this. Andrew was not only knowledgeable, but also very thoughtful. He made sure I got the correct part, and when the other item I needed wasn't in stock, he secured it for me at the next nearest location. Honestly, A+ service, from an A+ guy.
