Had to edit this review. The guy wouldn't take a return and said item was used. Item was in same condition as when I purchased. I ended up going to another lordco and they took the return no problem. These clowns have no experience.
Super friendly staff!
Wesley was excellent. I wasn't quite sure what was wrong with my tail light, and without even asking, he immediately checked to see if it was the light itself. He took the time to check all the contacts, and verified that it wasn't the bulb, saving me at least that cost. Thorough, knowledgeable, and honest service.
Really Bad attitude from the staff that was working at 7 pm on January 19th, very bad customer service , there were people lined up and just ine staff attending customers the other 2 staff were just walking around looking no helping anyone and after almost 10 min they start attending customers WTH ..
