Absolute worst store ive ever been to. I'll never use lordco for the rest of my life because of whats happened here. Desk clerk cost me thousands of dollars due to ordering the wrong part.( a simple human error ) they say. But "thats your job is ordering parts " their refusal to compensate me for this grave error is forcing me to escalate this matter. Its so sad how the level of service is deteriorating so quickly and without repercussions in this country
They gave me a good deal on a belt I needed for my work car.
Sadly, recently in the same the time you're put on hold inquiring for parts... You could receive your rock auto order. Want to shop local but this and 10x the cost. Very sad
