I had a great experience at Lordco Auto Parts. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the right parts for my vehicle. The store had a great selection in stock, and anything they didn't have was easy to order. The service was fast, professional, and made the whole process hassle-free. Absolute worst store ive ever been to. I'll never use lordco for the rest of my life because of whats happened here. Desk clerk cost me thousands of dollars due to ordering the wrong part.( a simple human error ) they say. But "thats your job is ordering parts " their refusal to compensate me for this grave error is forcing me to escalate this matter. Its so sad how the level of service is deteriorating so quickly and without repercussions in this country
They gave me a good deal on a belt I needed for my work car.
