It's a smaller store so the selection is limited compared to the store on Fell St., but the staff are nice, but everyone at the counter is knowledgeable about cars but they are alright overall.
Double and triple check before you leave. Bought brake pads for my 2022 Kona gave the employee the VIN to make sure they get the right party and they still managed to make a mistake and sell me the wrong pads. Not saying avoid at all costs but in all honesty they should be your absolute last choice. I doubt they’re management will even read this review or do anything
Picked up an alternator for my Subaru here today. Great staff and location. Wyatt went well above and beyond to provide great service, and gave me a super easy, hassle free experience. Great price as well. Will be returning to this location for all future needs. Thanks Wyatt!
Worst customer service ever! What everyone else said is absolutely true—the staff are all grumpy. I bought engine oil and stood in line to pay, waiting while the staff member chatted on the phone. The moment he hung up, he snapped at me and rudely asked what I wanted.
