After meeting with Braeden in person at the Lordco 111 branch in early March, I sent a quote request for Quality Chain V-Bar Cam-Style tire chains for my truck and trailer. Unfortunately, after almost two months and multiple follow-up emails, I have not received any response or update. I understand that special orders or quotes can take time, but completely ignoring customer follow-ups is disappointing. BEWARE: Do not buy auto batteries! They expect you to: 1.keep track of the date you bought your car battery 2. Show proof they may not accept 3. Maybe they will give you a % discount on a new car battery... Very unprofessional.
It's a smaller store so the selection is limited compared to the store on Fell St., but the staff are nice, but everyone at the counter is knowledgeable about cars but they are alright overall.
