My experience at LoadCode was completely unacceptable. I visited on Saturday between 1–2 p.m. and dealt with Steven (the guy with the cap). I clearly asked for ford maverick front indicators, but he gave me the wrong items. When I went home and tried them, they obviously didn’t fit. When I returned to the store, instead of fixing his mistake, he refused to take them back. He gave me only one bulb but charged me for two, which is completely dishonest. I had my antenna stolen off my vehicle at work today, so I went to lordco, first employee, who had very poor English, didn’t understand what an antenna was, she called over a second employee, yet again, such poor English, did not understand, and proceeded to tell me they don’t sell anything to do with radios. I checked their website, and in fact they do sell them. I cannot comprehend how employees who work in customer service cannot communicate with customers using Canadas native language.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly always a pleasure to shop here.
Been coming here for years and the staff are always super helpful and at least the guy I already go to gives honest advice and does not try to upsell you on things you don't need!
