Two completely different experiences at two different locations: Penticton: Young counter-person was lethargic and spent no time at all to look for a part. Obviously wasn't too familiar and made ZERO effort to consult with more experienced staff. He *was* very happy to complain about everything under the sun, and explain to me why things were the way they were in the world.
