Helpful when i can't find an item, and offered to order it from another store, sadly timing did not work out for when i needed it. had to wait in line for a while to actually talk to someone at the counter. but overall good service.

Went in to ask for a heater core bypass. There was three people at the parts counter. One was busy with a customer. I was waiting for him to be done with customer because clearly the other two employees were not interested in customers at all. A forth employee came out of the back looking annoyed and stood behind a kiosk. He seemed like he was burdened by having to talk to a customer and was kind of rude. I visited Lordco this morning to purchase HOAT coolant for my vehicle. When I approached the front desk and asked for it, the staff member initially thought HOAT was a brand name. She told me, with all the confidence of a detective solving a cold case, that “HOAT sounds like a brand name, and we don’t carry that brand of coolant.” I understand, parts knowledge can be tricky, but I’ve worked in the automotive industry for over 10 years and know my coolants from my carburetors.
