Very unprofessional over the phone and particularly rude (Peter) ps if you say your 2 busy to awnser the phone just don’t or hire sombody with the proper communication skills to do so
I purchased a battery while on vacation in Osoyoos last summer. I needed to return it in the lower mainland locally on warranty. Kaleb at Lordco in Osoyoos was extremely helpful in completing the process.
