I purchased a battery while on vacation in Osoyoos last summer. I needed to return it in the lower mainland locally on warranty. Kaleb at Lordco in Osoyoos was extremely helpful in completing the process.
Called to ask a question was asked to hold for one moment. 20 minutes later I hung up. Called again they asked if they could put me on hold for a moment. I said no you already had me there for 20 minutes. The parts person yelled we are busy and wait your turn. I'm done.
