The vernon store has some staff that are great and dedicated to customer service, like Shaun Specken. They also have some staff that need additional guidance from the leadership team. All in all Lordco is my go to for parts due to their good pricing and great service.
This morning (745ish), riding my bike, I was stopped at the intersection of 35ave and 30st, (at the RCMP station!), Lordco truck #560 made a right hand turn, while happily chatting away on his cell phone, held right up to his ear. Too cheap for BT?? Or just don't care about laws an public safety? Either way, I'll never shop there. As a cyclist and motorcyclist, there's only q thing that scares me on the road - idiots who use their cells while driving. I guess Lordco prefers to hire them.
Huge shout out to Kathy in Parts/Paint. She has gone to great lengths to procure and paint match automotive paint that I needed for a repair. Thank you!!!
I'll drive to Kelowna before I argue with some of the women that work here, about part's they carry, which they swear they don't. It's happened well over 20 times on the last few years. Call Kelowna after Vernon hours. Parts in warehouse, call Vernon the next morning. Part isn't available anywhere in lordco land. Call Kelowna. Parts on warehouse, can have it here rite away. Call Vernon , part doesn't exist. Drive to Kelowna. Get part I won't waste my time with the headache if teaching someone their job. I'll just enjoy a nic... read more
